Employment Extension Plan
1. Update "ER" sheet, to mark dimission and not to miss new employee, done before Nov.11
2. List all the employees whose contract expire on Dec.31, including their (1)name, (2)position, (3)type of employment and (4)actual hiring date, done before Nov.13
3. Remind on Nov.10 all the managers to summit the firing list before Nov.14(FRI)
4. Deliver pink slip for those who have been fired, done before Nov.21
5. Ask the HR to write a compensation plan, done before Nov.18
6. Summit the list to the boss before Nov.13 and he will decide the length of extension.
7. Confirm the final edition of Employee Contract for regular employees, done before Nov.14
8. Draft another edition on basis of the previous one for temp, done before Nov.25
9. Print and subscribe, done before Xmas. |
